William Duffy, Lawyer; member of the Fayetteville Bar; represented Fayetteville in the North Carolina State House of Commons in 1806.
Hon. John Hall, Lawyer; State Supreme Court Justice; 6th Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of North Carolina.
Hon. Thomas Lewis Hybart, Lawyer; member of the Fayetteville Bar; Represented Fayetteville in the North Carolina General Assembly.
Dillon Jordon, Lawyer; member of the Fayetteville Bar, Member of the North Carolina State House of Commons, Federal Judge.

Hon. Robert Strange, Lawyer, member of the Fayetteville Bar, represented Fayetteville in the North Carolina State House of Commons from 1821-1823, served as a Judge of the North Carolina State Superior Court from 1827-1836, elected as a Democratic United States Senator from 1836-1840. Retired from politics in 1840 to practice law in Fayetteville.

Hon. John D. Toomer, Lawyer, member of the Fayetteville Bar, member of the North Carolina House of Commons and Senate, Judge in the North Carolina State Superior and Supreme Courts. Judge Toomer gave the welcome speech to General Lafayette upon his arrival in Fayetteville on 4 March 1825.
