Charles Harrison Pugh, PGM, is an Honorary Member of Phoenix Lodge No. 8.
Pugh served as the Grand Chancellor of the Grand College of Rites of the United States of America in 1954.
He served as Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of North Carolina A.F. & A.M. in 1957, and received the Joseph Montfort Medal for Distinguished Service to Freemasonry in 1957.
